Anakulam is a small Village/Hamlet in Devikulam Block in Idukki District of Kerala State, India. It comes under Mankulam Panchayath. It belongs to Central Kerala Division. Bordered by tribal villages and vast forest ranges. Main attraction of Anakaulam is 2 rivers and hidden waterfalls in Valley. When we walk through river side we can here the gurgling sound of the water and its thunderous roar echoing through the mountain. Anakulam River and (Nallathani River)Canals originating from Nallathani Mountains flow through the heart of Anakulam and will get disposed to Boothathankettu Reservoir.
